The Friends of St Mary’s Hospital were delighted to welcome a visit to the Friends shop from Lord Lt and Deputy Lt of the Isle of Wight on 21st January 2025

Lesley Myland – Chairman of Trustee of the Friends - “It was a great pleasure for the team at the Friends of St Mary’s Hospital, to welcome Susie Sheldon, Lord Lt of the Isle of Wight accompanied by Deputy Lt, Nick England. Both guests spoke at length with many of our volunteers and learned about how we raise funds and support the Trust by funding equipment and facilities which augment care. Thank you to our guests for their time and interest and we hope that they enjoyed their visit as much as we did”.
